Welcome to Vanraj Safaris. By booking any package, safari, or service through us, you (“Client”, “Guest”, “Traveller”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.1. Role of Vanraj Safaris
✅ Facilitator/Mediator Only – Vanraj Safaris is an independent travel facilitator that coordinates safari permits, accommodation, transportation, and related travel services by acting as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, resorts, forest departments, taxi operators, guides).
✅ We do not own, operate, or control any accommodation, safari vehicle, transport service, or any other element of your trip.
✅ All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective third-party service providers.2. Booking & Confirmation
✅ Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
✅ Safari permits are booked as per forest department rules and are strictly non-transferable and date-specific.
✅ Any request for specific services, room categories, or guides is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.3. Wildlife Sightings
✅ All sightings depend on natural factors, animal movements, and luck. No specific sighting (tiger, leopard, etc.) is guaranteed.
✅ Refunds or compensation will not be provided for no-sighting safaris.4. Changes or Cancellations by Third Parties
✅ Vanraj Safaris is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays made by hotels, forest departments, or transport providers.
✅ In the event of such cancellations, any refunds will depend solely on the policies of the concerned third party.5. Liability Disclaimer
✅ Vanraj Safaris shall not be liable for:Accidents, injuries, illness, or death.Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.Delays or cancellations caused by weather, wildlife movement, political unrest, strikes, or government regulations.Service quality issues of hotels, transport, or guides booked through us.
✅ Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings at all times.
✅ We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance.6. Code of Conduct
✅ Guests must follow all forest department rules, local laws, and the instructions of guides/naturalists.
✅ Consumption of alcohol or drugs during safaris is strictly prohibited.
✅ Misbehavior or unsafe actions may result in cancellation of services without a refund.

1. Information Collection
✅ We collect basic personal details (name, email, phone number, address, ID proof) solely for booking purposes.
✅ Payment details are collected through secure payment gateways and are not stored by us.
2. Use of Information
✅ Your data will be used only to:Process bookings.Communicate trip details.Share necessary details with third-party providers (hotel, forest department, transport).
3. Data Protection
✅ We take reasonable measures to secure your personal data, but we are not liable for breaches beyond our control (e.g., hacking, server issues).
4. Third-Party Links
✅ Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.5. Policy Updates
✅ This privacy policy may be updated without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
✅ Advance – Minimum 50% advance required for Resort booking confirmation.
✅ Safari - 100% advance requires for safari bookings.
✅ Balance – Remaining amount payable 15 days before trip start date.
✅ Last-Minute Bookings – 100% payment at the time of booking.
✅ Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, and online payment links.
Cancellation & Refunds For Safari Packages:
✅ 120+ Days Before Safari Date – 100% refund (excluding bank/transaction charges).
✅ 90–119 Days Before – 80% refund.
✅ 60–89 Days Before – 50% refund.
✅ 30–59 Days Before – 25% refund.
✅ Less than 30 Days Before – No refund.
For Safari Permits:
✅ Permits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable as per forest department rules.Changes to Bookings
✅ Date or name changes are subject to availability and will incur applicable charges.
✅ No changes allowed within 15 days of trip start date.
Force Majeure Clause
Vanraj Safaris will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Road closures or accidents
Wildlife movement restrictions
Government or forest department regulations
Strikes, protests, or political unrest
Epidemics or pandemics
